Warranties
Please note that all used car sales are warrantied for 24 hours after purchase. After this period, J.Q. Motors Ltd. accepts no responsibility for the operational or structural integrity of the vehicle as a whole, or any part of that vehicle.
Trade-In Policy
At J.Q. Motors Ltd. we are more than happy to consider your current vehicle as a candidate for trade-in or part exchange towards the purchase of a new vehicle. One of our personnel will assess and appraise your vehicle in terms of mileage, physical condition, service history and initial and current on-road value. Annual depreciation is assessed based upon the standards of the Insurance Council of St. Lucia and then varied based upon the above criteria.
Commission Sales Policy
J.Q. Motors Ltd. is pleased to offer customers the opportunity to sell their vehicle from our site and utilising our personnel and expertise. Customers requiring the sale of their current vehicles are encouraged to bring them to our Company for an assessment and appraisal. Upon agreement of a retail price, we will establish a sales contract for your car, and proceed immediately.
Our charges for this service are 7% of the achieved sale price on the vehicle. Please note that J.Q. Motors Ltd. never retains ownership of the vehicle and that the transaction is a direct sale from one customer to another. J.Q. Motors Ltd recommends that when utilising this service, all potential sales customers for your vehicle should be referrred to our sales people and not engaged for negotiations on the part of the owner of the vehicle.
